Spare Parts

NZAero recognises that time is money. We will endeavour to supply all parts in the shortest amount of time and have a dedicated team of Customer Support Representatives that will assist you with any after market part enquiries.

NZAero has a large stock holding of parts for the 750XL fleet and all orders are shipped within 24 hours if the stock is available. For any low use items that are required urgently we offer an AOG service where the parts are expedited through the system and are shipped immediately upon completion.

Please help us in your enquiries by supplying the part numbers required and where possible the aircraft serial number each time you make contact with us. This assists us in being able to offer a quick response.

Warranty and Technical Support

NZAero believes in its products so much that we provide warranty on all new 750XL aircraft for a period of 36months or 1500 hours flying time (whichever occurs first) after delivery date.

With vendor equipment and spare parts, the respective manufacturer's and/or supplier's warranty will be applicable.

In addition, we analyse warranty data as well as external feedback and other repair information to permanently identify reliability problems. This data influences future aircraft design, and, most importantly, helps us to best support the 750XL fleet.
